E petition re potential catch and release.

Somebody has started a petition about the possibility of compulsory catch and release of salmon and possibly sea trout in Wales. At the time of posting this there have been 428 signatories to the petition. If it carries on at this rate and so few are prepared to sign it, this risks giving the Welsh Government free hand to tread all over us.
